This adorable couple flew ALL the way down from New Jersey to have their engagement photos taken! We photographed in three locations and they brought great outfits for each spot. Julie, you just beamed and it was an absolute joy to photograph you. See you in Orlando for the wedding!

Photographing at your house can be one of the best settings to do a shoot, especially when you have small children. The familiarity of being “at home” only helps with keeping little ones at ease. It also gives such a personal touch to the photos. I love these shots taken in the family’s backyard!

These are some images from a sunrise session last week. This couple had scheduled a session for their entire family to enjoy, but for one reason or another, it ended up just the two of them. Although this is not what they had in mind, we had a wonderful hour and they now have amazing photos of themselves to give their children!

I am fortunate that I get to photograph all different types of relationships the day of a wedding. There are the bride and groom photos of course. And photos with your parents,which can have a tremendous amount of emotion packed into these tiny little images. There are sibling groups and the obligatory large family shot that no one wants to take the time to organize, but everyone knows that Grandma really would appreciate. And then there are photos with friends: friends you grew up with, college friends and maybe even work friends. I have found that the best people to call on when you start to get stressed out on your wedding day are your friends. They can manage any mother-in-law with great ease and at the end of the day, just know how to make you laugh!

1st Grade Field Trip to the Naples Pier! How much fun is this? The kids saw dolphins, enjoyed donuts, ate lunch at the park and were transported to and fro in the Naples Trolly! Could you ask for a better day? How do I get back into 1st Grade?
